Agnes Chen
Auvene was established under Agnes leadership to create a trusted operating partner for private capital, combining disciplined governance, operational excellence and relationship-driven execution.
With over two decades of experience across fund administration, private wealth, governance, trust services, compliance and cross-border operations, Agnes is recognized for building and leading high-performing platforms and long-term strategic relationships across key international financial centers.
Prior to founding Auvene, Agnes held senior executive positions at global fund and corporate services firms, including Regional Managing Director, APAC, for Corporate, Trust and Fund Services. Her experiences spans private equity, venture capital, real estate, private credit, family offices and pre-IPO structures.
Her regional leadership and depth of experience underpin Auvene’s senior led approach, with experienced practitioners remaning close to each mandate throughout the relationship.
